At ShopaHome, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering your orders, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement at no extra cost.
• To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team and providing photos of the issue.
• Once confirmed, we will send you a new item without any additional delivery fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed and handed over to the delivery company.
• We do not offer cash refunds. In eligible cases (such as damaged products), we provide a replacement instead.

Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• This policy applies only to orders delivered within Lebanon.
