At ShopaHome, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in preparing and delivering your orders, but if something goes wrong, weāve got you covered.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement at no extra cost.
- To request a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team and providing photos of the issue.
- Once confirmed, we will send you a new item without any additional delivery fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been processed and handed over to the delivery company.
- We do not offer cash refunds. In eligible cases (such as damaged products), we provide a replacement instead.
Conditions
- Products must be returned in theirĀ original packaging whenever possible.
- This policy applies only to orders delivered withinĀ Lebanon.
